Method
1. Finely chop mushrooms and onion.
3. Fry mince in oil until brown.
4. Drain mince in colander to get rid of excess fat.
5. Fry onions until soft.
6. Add mushrooms and fry until soft.
7. Add mince, chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, seasoning, garlic and wine. Stir.
8. Cook for 20mins simmering on a low heat.
9. Serve with pasta and garlic bread.

- 500g lean minced beef
- Medium onion
- 350g mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 500ml red wine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

This is my mums recipe and I have to say I love it. Way better than any other bolognaise I have ever tasted!
