Ingredients

  • 1 Egg

Method

Take a pan of water (enough to cover the egg) and bring to the boil. Add a few drops of Vinegar and place the egg in the pan with a spoon to avoid dropping it in. Simmer for around 4 mins for a soft boiled egg or 5-6 for a hard boiled.
Place in a Egg Cup and slice the top off and serve.
This recipe can be served with Toast (see my other recipe)
