Ingredients
- 2 Packs of butter
- 1 Garlic bulb
- Handfull Freshly chopped Parsley
Method
Soften the butter slightly (quickest way is in the microwave for 20 seconds) grate the garlic into the softened butter add the parsley and stir together.
Store in an old ice cream or margerine tub in the fridge.
