Method

  • Cook Chicken wings for 1 hour at 220 deg
  • melt about 4oz of butter add in cider vinegar, parmasan and hot pepper sauce.

  • Mix all that together. When the wings are done, toss them in the butter mixture then drain them. Serve them as quickly as possible with a blue cheese dip
  • Ingredients

    • 2.5 lb Chicken Wings
    • 4oz Butter
    • 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
    • 4-6 Tablespoons hot pepper sauce
    • 3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
