Method

  • 1. Dip fish in lime
  • 2. Spread 1 side with garlic butter
  • 3. Spread sauce (like spreading butter on bread)
  • 4. Flip into breadcrumbs
  • 5. Repeat, and cover with breadcrumbs
  • 6. Spray tray and then top of crumbs
  • 180 Degrees C for 30 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 4 pieces of fish (usually cod)
    • 1 lime - grate and juice
    • 3 tbs garlic butter
    •  good breadcrumbs
    • 2 tbs M&S tartar sauce
    • 2 tbs mayonnaise
    •  mix tartar and mayonnaise to make a sauce
