Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 slices fresh ginger finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (light)
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 4 thick salmon fillets (about 150g/ 5 ½oz each)
- 1 carrot cut into thin strips
- 1 red pepper. deseeded and sliced thinly
- 3 spring onions. cut into thin strips
- pinch salt
- pinch black pepper
- 250 g (9 oz) noodles
