Richard Swains Italian Style Mince Bake
Method
1. Heat the oil, add mince and cook for 10 mins or until brown
2. Add the tomatoes, stock, onions, peppers, courgettes, puree, basil, salt, pepper and simmer for 5 mins
3. transfer to oven proof dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs, cheese and bit more basil.
4. Place in a pre-heated oven 200C or Gas 6 for 20-25 mins or until golden.
5. then eat and enjoy
Ingredients
- 908g Lean Minced Beef
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 150ml Beef Stock
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 6 courgettes
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil
- Salt and pepper
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 125g Grated cheese
- 1 onion chopped

delicious, wouldnt put quite as much stock in next time though

So easy to make very tasty it made a really nice change and i will be def making this again
