@ Debbie Standen – yes strictly speaking you are quire correct. I have Googled this and it appears that honey contains the same basic sugar units of glucose and fructose but in a slightly different form. Apparently honey is sweeter than table sugar so you can use less of it. Additionally, table sugar is highly processed and by definition therefore less health whereas honey contains additional vitamins and minerals that aid in digestion. Basically if you are not allowed to use honey or sugar in your diet you could use sweeter I guess. Let me know how the recipe turns out if you decide to give it a go using sweeter.
