" Tuna is best cooked so that it is pink in the middle. This dish works with Salmon too "
This recipe belongs to 'Food Alfresco'
1. Brush tuna with sesame oil, season and cook for 2-3 mins on each side (until charred but pink in middle.
2. Meanwhile put dressing ingredients in a jar with lid and shake.
3. Toss endive leaves and watercress together then divide between 6 serving plates.
4. Place tuna on top and pour over dressing and serve with lime wedges.
