Seared Tuna with Lime and Soy Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 Tuna Steaks
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Endive Lettuce Leave Separated
  • 180g Watercress
  • 5 Tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 1 Juice of Lime
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  •  Chopped Coriander
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  •  Season - Salt and Black Pepper
  •  Lime Wedges for Serving

Method

1. Brush tuna with sesame oil, season and cook for 2-3 mins on each side (until charred but pink in middle.
2. Meanwhile put dressing ingredients in a jar with lid and shake.
3. Toss endive leaves and watercress together then divide between 6 serving plates.
4. Place tuna on top and pour over dressing and serve with lime wedges.
