Roast Apples and Parsnips

Ingredients

  •  
  • 1 eating apple cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 large parsnips peeled and cut into wedges
  •  salt & ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp dried sage

Method


1. Preheat oven to 200°C.


2. Put oil, sage, apples, parsnips and seasoning into a baking tray and shake them around until they are well coated.


3. Roast for 30-45 mins (dependant on oven and how much is in it!), turning the vegetables every 15 mins.
