Method


  • 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.


  • 2. Put oil, sage, apples, parsnips and seasoning into a baking tray and shake them around until they are well coated.


  • 3. Roast for 30-45 mins (dependant on oven and how much is in it!), turning the vegetables every 15 mins.

    • These are brilliant I've done them quite a few times now and they always turn out really well. The kitchen smells great too. I always add more though the recipe doesn't quite go round 4.

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 4 large parsnips peeled and cut into wedges
    •  salt & ground black pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp dried sage
