Method

  • Finely chop the garlic and chillis
  • Heat the oil in a wok add the chillis and garlic stir for less than one min add the mince beef and fry till browned
  • Add the stock, hoisin, chilli sauce, and sake bring to the boil and cook for 4 mins.

  • Serve with noodles.
  • Ingredients

    • 1 cloves garlic
    • 500g Minced beef
    • 200ml  chicken stock
    • 6tblsp hoisin sauce
    • 3 tblsp hot chilli sauce or paste
    • 2 tblsp Sake or Sherry
    • 1 - 3 hot chillis
    • 1 - 2 tbsp Groundnut Oil
