Method

  • Grate the apple into a large bowl and grate an equal quantity of mooli, add the rocket. Finely chop the corriander, cut the tomatoes into thin slivers and add this as well. Put pressure on the lemon and roll it on a flat surface a few times to soften before slicing in half and adding the juice. Add the mayonnaise, a good swig of olive oil and season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • (this can be used alone as a salad, goes well with steak)

  • Place a good amount of cooked salmon in a line in the middle of the wrap, cover with the salad and then draw a line of chutney alongside this. Fold in the sides of the wrap first, then roll up and enjoy!

    • 1 Apple
    •  Mooli
    • 1 handfull Rocket
    • 1 handfull Corriander
    • 1 Tomatoe
    • ½ Lemon
    • Generous dollop Mayonnaise
    •  Olive oil
    •  Salt & pepper
    • FOR THE WRAP
    •  Cooked salmon
    •  Onion chutney
    •  Tortilla wrap
