Sift flour into bowl. Create a well and add the 2 eggs. wisk up until all flour is used. Add the milk & water mixture. wisk until all lumps gone. Heat up the 50g of butter in the F pan. Add 2 Tblsp of melted butter to mixture and the pinch of salt then thoroughly mix in.
Pour the remainder of the melted butter into a cup. Now with kitchen paper rub the F pan with the melted butter. Add a laddle of the mix to the pan (on max heat) spread around and cook for about 30secs. Flip over and cook for a few more secs.
