Method

  • Add lentils and ham stock to a large pot.
  • Bring to the boil
  • Simmer
  • Add chopped potato half way through cooking
  • Could also add ham pieces.
  • Tips

    • Add more lentils if you prefer a thicker soup, or more stock if you prefer a thinner soup.

    • 2 cups red lentils
    • 450ml ham stock
    • 1 Potatoes chopped
