Dice 6 chicken breasts, 1 onion, a few grapes and a teaspoon of chili powder and fry in olive oil in a large pot. When cooked, slice the mixed peppers and add to the pot.
Then add about half the coconut milk, half the chopped tomato and stir the mixture a little.
Add 2 tablespoons of mango chutney.
Add the rest of the tomatoes and coconut milk in together.
Start adding Mild Curry Powder, stir in, taste and add more to your liking.
