Marmite and Cheddar Muffins
Method
1. Sieve the flour into a bowl
2. Add the cheese, egg, milk and oil and give it a good stir...it should look sloppy
3. Divide into 12 muffin cases and bake for 18-20 mins @ 200 degrees C
4. Melt the butter and marmite
5. Spoon the butter/marmite mixture over the top of the muffins when out of the oven
Ingredients
- 125g Self raising flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 125g Cheddar Cheese . grated
- 1 Egg
- enough to make the egg up to 250ml milk
- 60ml Oil
- 60g Butter
- 1 tbsp Marmite
