    Ingredients

    • 750g Any fresh fish
    • 3 large Shallots
    • 3 segments Garlic
    • ½ cup Red Lentils
    • 2 Large potatoes
    • N/A Black pepper
    • N/A  Chilli powder
    • ½ cup Gravy

    Method

    • 1) Dice onion and garlic. Add to the pan.

      2) Peel and cube potatoes. Add to pan.

      3) Fill pan with water and leave to boil.

      4) When boiling, add lentils and reduce heat.
      Simmer til lentils are cooked.

      5) Make up 1/2 cup of gravy using granules
      (I use beef, but you can buy different
      types - vegetarian is very nice).

      6) Add gravy and stir in. Add pepper and
      chilli to personal taste.

      7) Simmer for 15 mins.

      8) Serve with bread. I usually warm it in
      oven for 5 mins first.
