" the best chicken and bacon sarnie, this makes a very substantial lunch, or serve it with some skinny fries and salad for an american dinner dinner! "
1. Heat oil in a large pan and add chicken, sprinkle over the seasoning and cook for a few mins until the chicken is cooked.
2. Remove from pan and set aside on a warm plate, fry bacon, while it is crisping make the dressing by mixing the mayo and the mustard and then cut and toast the bread.
3. Once the bacon is crispy remove from pan, lightly butter the toast and spoon a good amount of the dressing, on one side, of all 4 slices of toast.
4. Then pile on the chicken,bacon and lettice and make up the sarnies, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Then open wide,(its big!) and enjoy!
