Method

  • 1:boil patatoes for about 25 minutes,
  • 2:fry Leeks, onion and garlic, in butter until soft,
  • 3: put all the ingredents plus Philadelphia, in a blender (in samll amonuts)
  • blend until smooth

    • 4 Leeks washed and sliced
    • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    • 3 garlic cloves. finely chopped
    • 1 Onion finely chopped
    • 1lt Vegetable stock (made with a cube or powder)
    • 3tbsps Philadelphia Light
    • 50g Butter (melted)
