Method

  • fry garlic and onion for 1 min. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts fry for 2 mins.

  • Add half the oxo crushed, the soy sauce and 5 spice and mix.

  • Drain off the egg noodles and add to the pan and add the other half of the oxo cube crushed and toss in the flavours. Add more soy if needed. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

    • 40g egg noodles cooked and soaked in cold water
    • 1 onion sliced
    • 1 handfull mushrooms chopped
    • ½ bag bean sprouts
    • 1 chicken oxo cube
    • 1 clove of garlic minced
    • 1-2 sprays fry light
    • 1 heaped tsp Chinese five-spice powder
    • dash of soy sauce
