  • Mix all ingredients in the order given.

  • Bake at 180'c gas mark 4 for 20-30 minutes in a greased rectangular bakin tin (23x33cm).

  • Cool, then slice into equal square Portions.
  • Tips

    • You can also put some icing sugar on top of your brownies. Goes great with some cream on the side.

    • 225g Butter (melted)
    • 60g Cocoa powder
    • 1tsp Vanilla essence
    • 4 Eggs
    • 225g Plain flour
    • ½ tsp Baking powder
    • ½ tsb Salt
    • 60g Walnuts chopped
