Method
Mix all ingredients in the order given.
Bake at 180'c gas mark 4 for 20-30 minutes in a greased rectangular bakin tin (23x33cm).
Cool, then slice into equal square Portions.
Tips
- You can also put some icing sugar on top of your brownies. Goes great with some cream on the side.

- 400g Golden caster sugar (or plain caster sugar if you haven't got it)
- 225g Butter (melted)
- 60g Cocoa powder
- 1tsp Vanilla essence
- 4 Eggs
- 225g Plain flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsb Salt
- 60g Walnuts chopped
