Creamy Mash Potato with Bacon & Cheese

Method

  • Peel the potatoes and boil for about 20 mins.
  • Meanwhile, grill the bacon rashers and then cut into smaller pieces.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and then return to the pan. Mash while adding the milk/cream, butter, spring onions, salt & pepper.
  • Fold in the bacon pieces and cheese. Serve garnished with sliced spring onions.

    • 6 Bacon rashers grilled
    • 200g Cheddar Cheese grated
    • 6 Spring onions sliced
