Easy Raspberry Frozen Yogurt (Low-Carb)

Method

  • 1. In a blender add the yogurt, lemon curd and frozen raspberries. Blend.
  • 2. Pour the mixture in a shallow freezable container and put into the freezer.
  • 3. After one hour stir thoroughly and put back to the freezer.
  • 4. Take out after a further hour and mix again, put back to the freezer for a final time until ready to be served.
  • Tips

    • Tip 1.
      You can use any fruits of course, best when fruit is already frozen. Also, delicious with Mango.
      Tip 2. The mixing while freezing is necessary to prevent the yogurt from splitting and ice crystals to develop, this guarantees a smooth, creamy frozen yogurt.

    • 1 tbsp. Sweetener granules
