  • For 4 servings
  • Arrange the leaves on a large platter, adding the pears, stilton and walnuts. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

  • My sister in law, Sheila, who is a real lover of Stilton, introduced this dish to us in the summer of 1998 when she was over from Canada with the rest of the family.
  • Ingredients

    • 1 bunch watercress or
    • 1 bag rocket leaves (or a mixture of both)
    • 3 ripe pears. cored and sliced
    • 4 to 6 oz Stilton. crumbled
    • A handful walnuts. chopped
    •  Olive oil
