Apple & Pear Crumble

- I also put a small layer of raspberries at the bottom of one that I made when I had a few left over from making Jam, just a very thin layer, adds a bit of colour and a little more depth.
Alternatively - double up the apples and just have a good old Apple Crumble :o)
Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUMBLE
- 300g Plain Flour (sieved)
- 175g Unrefined Brown Sugar
- 200g Unsalted Butter (cubed and at room temperature)
- Knob of butter for greasing
- FOR THE FILLING
- 250g apples peeled cored and cut into ½-inch (1-cm) chunks
- 250g Confrence Pears peeled cored &, cut into 1cm chunks
- 50g Unrefined Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
