melt a knob of butter and add a splash of olive oil in to the pan, add 500g mushrooms, when almost cooked add garlic, pint of cream and good dollop of sweet chilli sauce cook until thick and creamy serve on griddled crusty bread serves 4 people BEST MUSHROOM STARTER EVER
I thought to try this starter out - couldn't believe how simple it was to make and everyone loved it! Brill!!! You can add more sweet chilli to bring it to a stronger flavour if you wish for the tingy taste!

This was made for me a few months ago and was absolutely fantastic so am going to make it for some friends tomorrow!

Tried this recipe at the weekend for a starter and it is to die for....
