1. Peel the onion and potato, chop onion and grate potato.
2. Open corned beef and chop into chunky pieces.
3. Heat oil in large frying pan.
4. Put onion and potato into pan - fry over moderate heat for 5mins until soft but not brown - stirring frequently.
5. Add baked beans, peas and tomato ketchup. Stir well then add corned beef.
6. Add salt and pepper. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 8mins stirring frequently.
7. Serve hot with crusty bread.
