Method

  • remove stalks from mushrooms,stuff with freshly caught tin of haggis,dip in beaten egg, then flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs now deep fry in hot sunflower oil until golden brown.

    • Freshly caught tin of haggis? Can I use it fresh from the butcher? What season do they like to catch the haggises? I hear they're blighters to catch, often preferring to hide behind rocks and nest in unicorn dung.
