remove stalks from mushrooms,stuff with freshly caught tin of haggis,dip in beaten egg, then flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs now deep fry in hot sunflower oil until golden brown.
Freshly caught tin of haggis? Can I use it fresh from the butcher? What season do they like to catch the haggises? I hear they're blighters to catch, often preferring to hide behind rocks and nest in unicorn dung.
