Open and make sure the fish is clean from the inside. Face the fish from the inside out (opened. Mix the black pepper and salt together and lightly put the mixed ingredients on the fish. (you should judge how much salt and black pepper you should put)
Now that you have done this step, you should prepare the tomatoes and onions, you can choose the quantity your self. Now that the coal is set and prepared, put the fish on your BBQ set so that it cooks, make sure the skin of the fish is facing downwards. Put the onions and tomatoes close to the fish.
The fish should be ready from 20 - 30 mins depending on the size of the fish. The fish should be ready when it becomes tinder and not too dry. Also note that the back skin will be burnt, do not worry if that happens, it is normal.
Now that the fish is done, you should have prepared some bread, prefeered nan bread and put the fish on a plate or a tray and squeeze some lemon juice on top of the fish.
Put the tomatoes and onions on a plate and put some salt and black pepper on top and serve hot. Now put a hint of black pepper to enhance the taste.
