Method

  • 1. Sauté the chopped shallots and crushed garlic for 2-3 minutes on the oil in a large saucepan.

  • 2. Stir in the mushrooms and vinegar and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  • 3. Cook and drain the pasta.

  • 4. Stir the pasta into the mushrooms and reheat. Stir the parsley, basil, nutmeg in the yogurt and stir well, then add into the mushroom. Season with salt and pepper as you like it.
  • Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 shallots
    • 2 cloves garlic. peeled and crushed
    • 350g  fresh wild mushroom. sliced
    • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tbssp. basil leaves
    • 1 tbsp. Parsley chopped
    • 0.5 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    • 200g natural yogurt
    • 500g penne pasta
    • to taste salt and pepper
