Clover Cottage Hotpot
Method
Ingredients
- 200 g Clover
- 1 Carrot. peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Parsnip. peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Onion. peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Celery stick. finely chopped
- 500 g pack Organic beef mince
- 250 ml White wine
- 0.5 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 2 Bay leaves
- 25 g Basil leaves. finely sliced
- 680 g jar Tomato passata (sieved tomatoes)
- 1.2 kg Large baking potatoes. about 4 large. peeled
- 1 heaped tbsp. Fresh chopped thyme leaves
- to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
