2. Peel and chop onion finely. I find the best way to do this is to chop the onion into quarters and blitz in a blender.
3. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and barbeque seasoning into the onions.
4. Mix the ingredients with your hands. To really make sure it is all mixed, squelch it with your hands so that it makes a squelching noise!
5. Use a scone cutter to shape your burgers. Place the cutter onto a baking tray and half fill it with the meat mix. Squash it down into the shape of the cutter. Do this until the mix is used up. Alternativly, take a bit of mix in your hands and shape it into a burger. Place on the tray and shape until the mix runs out.
6. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
7. Serve in a bap with what ever you like!
Tips
Add different seasonings to your burgers. Try adding wosterchire sauce, or chlli powder. Let your imagintation run wild!!
You could also use diffrant minced meats. Try whatever you like!
