Barbeque Burgers

Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
  • 2. Peel and chop onion finely. I find the best way to do this is to chop the onion into quarters and blitz in a blender.
  • 3. Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and barbeque seasoning into the onions.
  • 4. Mix the ingredients with your hands. To really make sure it is all mixed, squelch it with your hands so that it makes a squelching noise!
  • 5. Use a scone cutter to shape your burgers. Place the cutter onto a baking tray and half fill it with the meat mix. Squash it down into the shape of the cutter. Do this until the mix is used up. Alternativly, take a bit of mix in your hands and shape it into a burger. Place on the tray and shape until the mix runs out.
  • 6. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • 7. Serve in a bap with what ever you like!
  • Tips

    • Add different seasonings to your burgers. Try adding wosterchire sauce, or chlli powder. Let your imagintation run wild!!

      You could also use diffrant minced meats. Try whatever you like!
