Cheesy Crust Fish

Method

  • 1 Set up 4 plates in the first put the flour, the 2nd put the egg and 3rd put the cheese. The 4th plate is for the finished product.

  • Roll each fish fillet through the flour then, egg and finally cheese making sure all areas are covered.

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan until bubbling.

  • Add the fish. Cook for 3/4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • Serve with veg of choice.
  • Ingredients

    • 4 White Fish Fillets (skinned and boned)
    • 2/3 Table Spoons Plain white flour
    • 2 Eggs (whisked)
    • 200g Finely grated Parmesan (or any other hard cheese you'd prefer)
    •  oil for frying

    A family favourite and if you cut the fish into smaller peices makes a great alternative to fish fingers.
