Throw the onion and minced pork into a frying pan with a very little olive oil and the meat seasoning (this can be just salt and pepper or a mix like Bart's Meat). Cook until all the fat has released from the pork. Add the tomatoes. Meanwhile boil a kettle and cook the pasta for 10 minutes until ad dente. At the end stir in the Philadelphia into the meat and combine with the pasta. Serve with parmesan and a green salad.
