Jill's Cointreau Crunchie Dessert
Method
1. Whip egg white until stiff, add cream and whip again together.
2. Add 3 crushed crunchies and tin of drained oranges and cointreau.
3. Put in serving dishes and sprinkle with flake.
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- ΒΌ pint whipping cream
- 3 crunchies
- 1 tin drained mandarin oranges
- 2 tbsp cointreau
- 1 flake
