Method
1. Grill or pan-fry steak to your liking.
2. Pan-fry vegetables in a separate pan for 5 mins.
3. Deglaze the pan with balsamic vinegar and pour it over the vegetables.
4. Pour the vegetables over the steak and cook for a couple of mins so the steak absorbs some of the sauce.
Ingredients
- 2*300g Sirloin Steaks
- 1 Red Pepper. diced
- 1 Green Pepper. diced
- 1 Yellow Pepper. diced
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 20ml Balsamic Vinegar
- To taste Salt & Pepper
