Pasta & Uncooked Tomato Sauce

Lovely quick and easy to make meal for summertime. Great with a glass of sauvignon blanc.

Method

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (approx 10 mins).

Whilst pasta is cooking, mix all the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, except the parmesan.

Drain cooked pasta and add to mixture. Add parmesan cheese at this stage.

Ingredients

Ground Black Pepper & Salt
Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Olive Oil 1 Tbsp
Cloves Garlic Crushed 2
Basil And Parsley
Large Vine Tomatoes Chopped Roughly 4
Dried Pasta Shapes 350g
Freshly Grated Parmesan (optional)
