This is a easy recipe after a busy day with work and kids.
Chop up left over Roast beef from Sunday's roast or buy some stir fry beef from the supermarket.
Heat up a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add beef and fry for a few minutes.
Chop up mushrooms into slices. Add 1 tbsp of paprika to the beef and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
Put some water in a pan onto boil. When boiling add fettuchine pasta or any type of pasta in the cupboard. Cook for 8-10 minutes or as directed o the packet. Test it is cooked before draining.
Then add mushrooms to the beef and cook for a 2 minutes on medium heat. Turn heat down to a simmer and add pot of creme freche. Stir into the mixture to create a sauce. Taste and season as required. You can add 1 tbsp of tomato puree if neeeded. Serve with pasta and sprinkle of parmasen cheese.
