Put the garlic, chilli and olive oil in a frying pan (the olive oil should be cold - you don't want it to brown). Heat very gently for a few minutes. Add the chopped bacon and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Allow to fry for a few minutes, strirring regularly.
Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
Mix together to coat the pasta in the oil and serve.
Tips
Even better if you add prawns (king or little) once the bacon is cooked.
