get a pair of scales and way the margarine to 8oz and then put in a bowl/mixer then you do the same with the sugar,self-raising flour and crack 4 eggs in a cup and one by one put in the bowl/mixer (no shell!) put your heaps of coco powder and bicarbonate of soda and place in the bowl/mixer. once you have a chocolate,smooth,creemy mix.
put the mix in two round cilinders/cake tin what ever shape (IF NON-STICK GET SOME BUTTER AND SPREAD INSIDE WITH IT!)and place in the overn and keep on checking every 10-15 minites till cooked.
leave to cool down on a cool rack and when the cake has cooled down take out of the tins and place on a plate. get a bowl and put your marge,icing sugarand your coco powder in a bowl/mixture and when creamy spread evenly on one side of the cake and if you have some of the mixture left you could do the same to the top and when you have done the cke put to gether!

i lern't this recipe from my mum and it works every time! i will make this recipe loads of times! ita a great treat for the whole family..
