Saute onions in same pan and then add the spices and mustard.
Pour in brandy, let cook for a minute.
Then pour in stock and cream.
Add sausages back in along with the potato slices.
Cover pan and slowely cook for about an hour or until the potatoes are cooked. Careful the cream doesn't split, you could add the cream in nearer the end if you prefer.

Yeah...i was thinking of making it my basic curry recipe for everything! The kids like it becasue its not too hot.

Nice! I guess you could do the same with pork chops say for something quite exotic and yet classy?
