Method

  • 1. Cut the quatered and cored pears into thin slices.

  • 2. Toss the slices in lemon juice.

  • 3. Arrange the salad leaves, chopped walnuts, stoned and chopped dates, pears and crumbled cheese on your plates.

  • 4. Heat the cranberry sauce in a pan and then add the red wine vinegar, the balsamic vinegar and oilve oil.

  • 5. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  • 6. Leave to cool and drizzle over the salad just before serving.

    • 2 Pears
    • 8 Dates
    • 80 g Walnuts
    • 2 bags Herb salad
    • 1 Lemon. juiced
    • 160 g Stilton cheese
    •  
    • DRESSING
    • 2 tbsp. Cranberry sauce
    • 0.5 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
    • 0.5 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tsp. Olive oil
