Persin Dish (herbs Stew with Beans)

Ingredients
- 600 grams boneless lamb
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cup water
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup kidney beans(pre cooked or canned)
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 cup finley chopped spring onion just the top part
- 2 cup finley chopped spinach
- ½ cup finley chopped parsley
- ¼ cup finley chopped coriander
- ¼ cup finley chopped garlic chives
- ¼ cup finley chopped fenugreek or mathi
