Super Salad Dressing

The Basics

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup White Vinegar
• 1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar
• ½ cup Brown Sugar
• 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 tsp English Mustard
• 1½ cups Olive Oil
• 2½ tsp Salt
• 5 cloves Crushed Garlic
•  Black Pepper

Method

Mix it all together!!!

I have tried a couple of alternatives:
1. The recipe is for Carmel Mayonnaise but it's not available in the UK but it's worth trying if you can get it.
2. The original recipe is for 2/3 cup White Vinegar but we prefer it with half White Vinegar and half Balsamic.
