Method

  • 1) Cream butter/marg and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • 2) Add the beaten egg.
  • 3) Fold in flour and chocolate.
  • 4) Place teaspons of mixture a little apart on a greased baking tray.
  • 5) Bake in a pre-heated oven (180c 350f Gas5) for 15-20 mins.
  • 6) Cool on wire rack.

    • WOW, amazing Recipe!! I made just enough mixture for 12 people and they had atleast 1 each for my birthday party! they tasted amazing, the texture was incredible and the chocolate chips oozed in your mouth!! Absolutley gawjuss! :)
