Method
- Grill the sausages and cook the pasta according to instructions.
Slice the onions and fry in the olive oil until caramelised. Add the cherry tomatoes and the mushrooms, continue to cook for a few more minutes. Slice the sausages and add together with the chopped parsley and mustard. Stir in the cream and the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve on its own in lovely warm bowls, you can add some crusty bread, some good friends and a glass or two of your favourite wine
