Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Method

  • 1. Lay chicken breasts flat and slice horizontally through middle.
  • 2. Mix cheese, breadcrumbs and parsley and put half of the mixture inside the chicken pieces.
  • 3. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top.
  • 4. Cook in medium oven (180c)for about 30 mins, until topping is starting to brown.
  • Tips

    • Chicken sizes vary so always check that it's cooked through.

      You can do a deluxe version of this recipe by wrapping a couple of small smoked streaky rashers around the pieces before putting on the topping

    • I'd say the bacon is obligatory, or maybe parma ham to really get these going. Nice simple recipe.
