Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Large onion. peeled
- 2 cloves Garlic. peeled
- 2 pinches Dried oregano
- 300 g Minced beef
- 1 tbsp. Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 tbsp. Red wine
- 1 tin Chopped tomatoes
- 50 ml Milk
- to taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- SAUCE
- 25 g Butter
- 25 g Flour
- 300 ml Milk
- pinch of Ground nutmeg
- 60 g Cheddar cheese. grated
- 30 g Parmesan cheese. grated
- 6 sheets 'non-cook' lasagne sheets

I can't rate this highly enough! There were fights over leftovers and trying to steal bits off of each other's plates!
