Method

  • Combine all of the above ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Store in a tub or jar in the fridge until needed for dipping.

    • 15 oz can  chickpeas
    • 1/4 cup  tahini (sesame seed paste)
    • 1/2 cup  olive oil
    • 1/2 cup  water
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 2 to 3 tbsp  lemon juice
    • Salt to taste 
    • Couple of  dashes Tabasco sauce
